Contacted Paul by phone and email. He stated that he was running behind but could provide a tow later in the afternoon. Contacted him via text at approximately 3:30 to see if he was coming or if he wanted to reschedule the following day. No response. Phoned the next morning and talked to a lady answering Paul’s phone. Tried to confirm that he was still coming. She said she would pass a message on to Paul. No response. Finally called Paul again at 12:10. He answered this time and stated that he wouldn’t be able to tow me today. He was only towing purchased cars. Would have been nice to know that yesterday. Wouldn’t call him again for towing services.
